Digital products are generally final sale

This policy applies to downloadable teaching resources purchased from Printable Lesson Lab. Digital files may be accessed immediately after purchase and cannot ordinarily be returned. Refunds are therefore limited to the circumstances below, subject to any rights that apply by law.

When a refund may be considered

Contact us so we can review your order if:

• A duplicate payment was processed for the same order.
• The delivered file is incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its product description.
• A technical issue prevents the purchased file from being provided.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Change of mind and preparation requirements

Refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, lack of access to a printer or compatible software, or failure to review the product details. Downloading or accessing a resource does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Before purchasing, check the file format, included materials and whether the activity suits your learners. Printed materials and classroom supplies are not included.

Incorrect or unavailable files

For a verified file or delivery problem, we may provide a corrected file, replacement download or another appropriate resolution before considering a refund. Please describe the issue so we can investigate it.

How to request help

Use our contact page and include your order email, resource name, approximate purchase date and a brief explanation. If relevant, include the error message or describe the missing or incorrect content. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

If you simply cannot find the receipt, check the inbox, spam and promotions folders associated with your checkout email. Our FAQ also explains how downloads are delivered.

Policy updates and your rights

The version displayed at the time of purchase applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. This policy may be updated as the store develops.
