A little prep. More room to learn.

From a good idea to a classroom activity

A useful printable gives you a starting point while leaving room for your own teaching. Our aim is to make it easier to turn a topic, image or classroom idea into something learners can explore on paper.

Printable Lesson Lab is a resource store. You choose an individual activity and download the files included with that product. The product page is the place to check its preview, contents, format and suggested use before deciding whether it fits your lesson.

Made with Craft My Lesson

Our teaching resources are made with Craft My Lesson, a platform for creating printable activities from your own images. Printable Lesson Lab is where we share finished resources as individual downloads.

If you want a prepared activity, browse this store. If you want to create something from your own pictures and choose your own activity settings, visit Craft My Lesson. A purchase here is for the files described on its product page; it is not a Craft My Lesson subscription or a credit purchase.

Choose for your learners

Teachers, homeschool families and other educators know their learners best. Age suitability, reading demands, writing space and preparation can differ from one resource to another.

• Start with the preview. Look at the task and layout rather than relying on the cover alone.
• Check what is included. File types, page counts and instructions belong to the individual product.
• Make it your lesson. Add a discussion, demonstration or extension that suits your group.

Digital resources, printed where you need them

Products in this store are digital downloads. No printed materials are shipped. You will need a suitable device and, for paper activities, access to a printer and any materials listed with the resource.
